2021 WORK SUMMARY REPORT

From the containment of the epidemic at the beginning of the year to the "full acceleration" of our work after the lifting of the ban, we have had another extraordinary year. During this year, there were obstacles, efforts, struggles and hopes, but we always insisted on doing a good job with our products and ensuring their quality. Looking back on 2021, we have all worked together, overcome difficulties and struggled relentlessly, and in the new year, may we unite and strive for further success.

PART1. Leading enterprises

In February 2021, the Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province announced that Indiam popcorn had been awarded the "Characteristic Brand of Hebei Food".

During this period, Indiam popcorn has been granted a number of awards such as "Poverty Alleviation Product Recognition" and "Popular Gourmet Food in Jinzhou".

In April 2021, Hebei Cici Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lianda Xingsheng, was once again recognized as a "Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization in Hebei Province" by the provincial government!

PART2. Sales champion

Indiam popcorn has been the number one seller in the same category in the Beiguo supermarket system for three years in a row, achieving a triple win in 2018, 2019 and 2020!

PART3. Certificate

In 2021, Indiam popcorn has obtained certificates of FAD, HALAL, HACCP.

PART4. Exhibition

In 2021, Lianda Xingsheng participated in the 104th China Food & Drink Fair and the 22nd SIAL China.

Annie and Ms. Huda, Commercial Counsellor of the Malaysian Consulate in Chengdu, visited the our company’s booth at the China Food & Drink Fair in Chengdu and at the SIAL China in Shanghai respectively. They both praised Indiam popcorn.

Indiam popcorn will be officially exported to the Malaysian market in December 2021.

PART5. Export overseas

In 2021, Indiam popcorn, the head brand in the industry, officially connected with the international community and moved towards brand internationalisation. In March, our products were exported to Japan, the first time that Chinese spherical popcorn has been exported in bulk to Japan, and in the same year it was exported to Singapore and Malaysia.

In 2021, the "Indiam" trademark has been successfully registered in Russia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia!

PART6. New product releas

In September 2021, Indiam popcorn innovated and launched new Chinese flavors of popcorn (Haws flavor, chestnut flavor, osmanthus & smoked plum flavor and purple potato flavor), pioneering the category and ushering in a new national era of Indiam!

In December 2021, as everyone prepares for the Chinese New Year, we are creating "The Year of the Tiger 2022".

We have launched a 520g Super Big Bucket of Indiam popcorn, a special gift box of snacks for the lucky tiger family, and gift bag of Indiam popcorn to provide more choices for the Chinese New Year reunion.

PART7. Co-branding

1. Indiam popcorn was invited to participate in the Mercedes-Benz April theme car show, cross-border cooperation between the two sides.

2. Lianda Xingsheng was invited to the Hebei Mobile 517 Ecological Partners Conference.

3. Indiam popcorn cooperated with the movie "Just a Chance Trip" and the co-branded popcorn was presented at the movie's Shanghai premiere.

4. Indiam popcorn and Coca-Cola collaborate again.

PART8. Social Welfare

1. In January 2021, the COVID-19 swept Shijiazhuang again, and Lianda Xingsheng donated RMB14,000 for epidemic prevention materials.

2. In February 2021, Lianda Xingsheng responded positively to the national call and carried out donation activities to support students again.

3. In May 2021, Lianda Xingsheng made a public welfare donation to the Social Welfare Institute, bringing good holiday wishes and gifts to the children.

4. In August 2021, Lianda Xingsheng participated in activities to help underprivileged students and made donations.
