أصل مهرجان منتصف الخريف

The Mid-Autumn Festival originated from ancient worship of the moon. In ancient China, people believed that the moon was a symbol of the gods, so they would hold moon-worshipping ceremonies on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month to pray for a good harvest and peace. Over time, this custom gradually evolved into today’s Mid-Autumn Festival.
